Job Overview

Rusk Metal Company (a Parent Company to Charlotte's Coffee House) seeks a reliable and hardworking full-time Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves various warehouse tasks, including inventory management, loading and unloading materials, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup. The position also offers the opportunity to utilize or obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for local pick-ups, providing flexibility and potential for career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, and organizing materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock is properly organized
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Drive for local pick-ups with a CDL or train to obtain a CDL if needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required
  • Possession of or willingness to train for a CDL to perform local pick-ups
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
